990 N. Randolph is a 1,287 square foot 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom expanded trinity rowhome. It lies at the corner of Cambridge Street, with off-street parking secured by a sliding gate in the backyard. The front yard and porch are enclosed with the original wrought iron fence and gate, newly restored. The exterior is freshly pointed and painted brick, with the original trinity portion of the house dating back to 1830; the rear two additions added in 1914 and 1920 respectively.

On hot summer days you'll appreciate the fancy high-velocity Unico air conditioning. Heat is via hot water radiators.

The main level features an open floor plan perfect for parties, yoga, gymnastics, or cleaning efficiency. The original pine wood floors have just been restored and polished to a gloss throughout the house. There are plenty of windows for naturally sunny rooms. The kitchen is finished with stainless steel appliances — refrigerator, gas stove and oven, built-in microwave, and dishwasher. There is a brand-new steampunk chic powder room on the first floor with an in-wall tank Toto toilet and custom light fixture made with wood reclaimed from the house itself (and I forgot to take a picture before I left - d'oh!).

In the main bath you'll find a restored (purple) clawfoot tub and a glass wall shower with multiple shower heads. Each of the three bedrooms has a personality all its own; the master bedroom has a vaulted ceiling with exposed rafters and brick wall. In the basement there's a washer and dryer, a utility sink, and a dehumidifier.

The nuts and bolts: Brand new sewer line to street (worth its weight in gold). Brand new water line to street (it's not lead!). Brand new gas line. Brand new circuit breaker box and electrical wiring. The furnace, water heater, A/C and chimney have all been cleaned and inspected. The roof was recently sealed and the drainpipes are new. These improvements make for a move-in ready, worry-free home for years to come — with all the historic charm yours to enjoy.

You probably know about all of the awesome music venues, bars and restaurants Northern Liberties offers, but Randolph Street itself is entirely residential, peaceful and quiet. Neighbors will befriend you. Everyone has a dog.
